Driving through potholes is tedious!!! The road markings were confusing, and the rooms lacked proper lighting. Investing in better insulation would make the cold rooms more inviting!!!

We had a lovely stay with great homemade breakfasts and enjoyed relaxing by the wonderful outdoor pool and sun loungers. The setting was peaceful, but the roads were a bit bumpy getting there. Definitely plan to come back for another chill getaway 😊

Location: the hotel was near to the amazing on-site restaurant, and semi-rural Mexico. Lucky that it was not too far away from Troika at Vena Cava, offering food to go. The breakfast was amazing and fantastic and the team was amiable.

Unfortunately, The roads leading to the hotel were rough and poorly marked. My room felt cold and lacked proper lighting. I was also quite let down by the massage service, as I felt my therapist lacked experience compared to my travel partner's fantastic massage.

I was really excited to stay, but the roads here are practically a minefield, potholes everywhere. The room was inexplicably cold and poorly lit. I almost thought about leaving a good review, but when i asked for a complimentary upgrade, they just laughed, how rude!

This was a solid selection for a short visit in Valle de Guadalupe, offering good value for the price. The food at the restaurant was really enjoyable, with fresh local ingredients making for delicious meals. Try to arrive early to enjoy more time at the pool area.

Charming ambiance, attentive staff, the delicious homemade breakfasts made our mornings extraordinary, with fresh local ingredients taking center stage, and the added convenience of free Wi-Fi made it easy to stay connected while exploring the fine surroundings located just 63 km from the nearest airport.
